Motherhood changed everything for me.

After my first baby, I slipped into postpartum depression. I didn’t recognize myself anymore — not as a mom, not as a woman, not as me. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and convinced that everyone else seemed to be handling motherhood better than I was. I felt like I was losing my identity one day at a time.

Slowly, through creativity, faith, and a lot of messy journaling and crafting during naps, I started finding pieces of myself again. Making things with my hands gave me purpose outside of diapers and dishes. It reminded me that there was still a “me” underneath the chaos.

Then baby number two arrived — and the journey restarted.
More love, more chaos, and yes… more finding myself all over again.

That’s why this business exists.

Caffeine & Chaos Co. is more than handmade gifts.
It’s a space for moms who are trying to remember who they are — right in the middle of the mess. Every candle, embroidery piece, or custom gift is created with the intention to encourage another mom who might be feeling what I once felt:
